Job Summary
The Electrical Engineer Expert creates multiple-choice questions, detailed solution rubrics, and technical explanations to train and evaluate AI models in electrical engineering. This expert audits AI-generated output for accuracy in IC design, analog/digital circuits, RF, and power electronics, collaborating asynchronously to optimize model training datasets.
Key Roles & Operational Responsibilities
1. Assessment Design & Solution Rubrics
- Multiple-Choice Question Authoring: Design and curate precise, challenging single-option questions that test core and advanced electrical engineering concepts.
- Instructional Rubric Creation: Write clear, step-by-step technical explanations and scoring rubrics aligned with instructional design best practices.
- Pedagogical Structuring: Ensure questions and solutions accurately test problem-solving methodologies, circuit analysis, and engineering fundamentals.
2. AI Model Evaluation & Technical Validation
- Output Auditing: Review, fact-check, and validate the technical accuracy and pedagogical soundness of AI-generated electrical engineering solutions.
- Domain Feedback Loop: Provide actionable, structured feedback on AI performance to help engineering teams refine model training workflows and data relevance.
3. Asynchronous Workflow & Quality Governance
- Remote Collaboration: Utilize asynchronous tools to collaborate with project leads, refine task standards, and maintain content quality.
- Process Enhancement: Contribute insights to evolve project guidelines, ensuring maximum impact for AI dataset clarity and technical depth.
Foundational Capabilities & Prerequisites
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Baseline: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
- Domain Specialization: Deep expertise in at least one of the following domains:
- Analog Circuits (IC-focused)
- Digital Circuits (IC-focused)
- Radio Frequency (RF)
- Power Electronics (Integrated Circuits)
- Assessment & Teaching Experience: Proven background in educational content development, assessment design, rubric creation, teaching, or university tutoring in EE.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication with acute attention to clarity and technical precision.
- Self-Management: Demonstrated capability to work independently, manage milestone deliverables, and thrive in asynchronous remote environments.
