Job Summary
The Clinical Success Manager manages post-sale relationships across 8–12 health system accounts, drives user onboarding, and integrates AI platforms into daily clinical workflows. This manager defines adoption and outcome metrics, conducts Quarterly Business Reviews with healthcare executives (CMOs, CNOs), partners with sales to uncover expansion opportunities, and represents customer feedback in internal product roadmap meetings.
Key Roles & Operational Responsibilities
1. Post-Sale Account Management & Workflow Integration
- Portfolio Ownership: Manage post-sale relationships with key clinical and operational stakeholders across 8–12 health system accounts.
- Onboarding & Adoption: Lead end-to-end onboarding, user training, and daily workflow integration for new software deployments to maximize clinical adoption.
- Workflow Optimization: Partner with frontline clinicians to embed Curely AI tools smoothly into existing clinical routines and care pathways.
2. Value Realization & Executive Relationship Management
- Metrics Tracking: Define and track quantitative success metrics with each account, focusing on clinical adoption rates, workflow efficiency gains, and patient outcomes.
- Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Chief Medical Officers (CMOs), Chief Nursing Officers (CNOs), and department heads to demonstrate ROI and clinical impact.
- Commercial Expansion: Identify account expansion and upsell opportunities in close collaboration with the commercial sales team.
3. Voice of the Customer & Internal Advocacy
- Product Feedback Loop: Serve as the strategic voice of the customer in internal product roadmap discussions, translating user feedback into feature requests.
- Business Case Engineering: Analyze clinical outcome data to build compelling data-driven business cases for account renewal and expansion.
Foundational Capabilities & Prerequisites
Required Technical Profile & Experience
- Academic Baseline: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Clinical Preference: Background as an active or former licensed clinician (RN, PA, NP, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
- Customer Success Baseline: Minimum of 3+ years of customer success, clinical implementation, or account management experience within a health-tech or medical device organization.
- Account Portfolio Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex healthcare accounts simultaneously while meeting retention and adoption targets.
- Data Literacy: High comfort level analyzing clinical data sets and translating user metrics into executive-ready presentation frameworks.
- Executive Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and executive-level written and verbal communication tools.
