Job Summary
The Senior Frontend Developer designs and implements high-performance web applications using React.js or Angular, constructs reusable component libraries, integrates CI/CD pipelines, ensures client-side security and data storage standards, and collaborates with client stakeholders across the CET (±3 hrs) region.
Key Roles & Operational Responsibilities
1. Frontend Architecture & Component Engineering
- Reusable Codebases: Design and construct modular, reusable UI components, libraries, and design system frameworks to streamline web application development.
- Performance Optimization: Engineer low-latency, responsive, and stable client-side applications adhering to high web performance and rendering benchmarks.
- Modern Stack Execution: Write clean, maintainable frontend code using React.js or Angular, following established framework conventions and best practices.
2. CI/CD, Data Protection & System Integration
- Pipeline Integration: Maintain and integrate frontend applications into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Security & Storage: Implement client-side data protection protocols and manage browser data storage solutions effectively.
- Backend Touchpoints: Assist with minor backend integration tasks when necessary to ensure smooth full-stack data flow.
3. Remote Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Autonomous Delivery: Execute complex development tasks independently with minimal day-to-day oversight.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Effectively translate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical client stakeholders.
Foundational Capabilities & Prerequisites
Required Technical Profile & Experience
- Frontend Track Record: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience developing web applications with React.js or Angular.
- Framework Mastery: Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, state management, component lifecycles, and modern web architecture patterns.
- DevOps Alignment: Hands-on experience working with CI/CD tools and automated deployment environments.
- Time Zone Alignment: Must be physically located within CET (±3 hours).
- Language Proficiency: Intermediate-to-advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
