Job Summary
Kazire Health Products is hiring a System Supervisor in Mbarara, Uganda. Requiring a Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science and 3+ years of supervisory experience, this dual role manages the IT support desk, monitors sales teams via an AI-integrated tracking system, drives sales targets, and generates performance reports. Key Roles & Operational Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance & AI System Supervision
- AI Sales Tracking: Monitor daily sales team activities and field operations through the company's AI-integrated sales monitoring system.
- Target Achievement: Ensure sales teams hit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets.
- Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics, identifying operational gaps and recommending corrective actions to executive management.
2. IT Support Operations & Customer Service
- Service Desk Oversight: Oversee daily IT support desk operations, ensuring fast and effective resolution of user and system support tickets.
- Escalation & Complaints: Manage, resolve, and report escalated IT customer support issues and technical feedback professionally.
- Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting and guidance to end-users and team members.
3. Reporting, Documentation & Team Leadership
- Multi-Frequency Reporting: Compile and generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance and IT operational reports.
- SOP Maintenance: Develop, update, and standardize documentation for IT support procedures and maintain accurate logs of technical resolutions.
- Team Onboarding & Mentorship: Train, mentor, and onboard new IT support staff, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
Foundational Capabilities & Prerequisites
Required Academic Background & Experience
- Educational Baseline: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computing, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Professional Track Record: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT support, systems administration, customer support desk management, or commercial sales supervision.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with reporting dashboards, ERP platforms, CRM systems, or AI-powered monitoring software is a distinct advantage.
Essential Competencies & Expertise
- Technical & Analytical: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), reporting tools, data analysis, networking concepts, and technical troubleshooting.
- Leadership & Management: Strong team supervision, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Integrity & Communication: High level of professional integrity, attention to detail, and excellent oral/written communication skills.
